Ingredients are listed on the packaging of FSR products. If you have an additional inquiry that is not satisfied by the package information, please email us.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, you will be notified and will not be able to add it to your cart. If an item becomes unavailable while it is in your cart, you will be notified at checkout and will not be charged for it.

Where can I ship my order?

fsrcosmetics.com ships to U.S. addresses only. Currently, we cannot ship to U.S. territories. Please contact us if you have any questions.

How can I cancel my order?

Regretfully we are unable to modify or cancel your order once placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
In order to receive a full refund, simply pay postage, and mail the item(s) back to us in unopened condition.

Can I change my credit card after placing an order?

We apologize, but we are unable to allow changes to credit card information once an order is placed.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We apologize, but we are unable to allow any shipping address changes once an order is placed.

What are your return/exchange policies?

For fsrcosmetics.com orders, products may be returned by mail within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and unused.

All refunds will be credited to the original form of tender, and refund processing time varies by financial institution. Please note, fsrcosmetics.com orders cannot be exchanged, but you may return an order to receive a refund. Please contact us for more information.
